Oriental Aromatherapy, Deep tissue/therapeutic massage

Member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists since attending the diploma course (2003) in Oriental Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage, at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy (ITHMA). The course includes the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, anatomy and physiology, essential oils and practical tuition in therapeutic massage. To complete the case studies and gain some clinic experience I volunteered at ‘Charter House', a community project in Southwark, for six months. I also completed the aromatherapy massage in pregnancy course at ITHMA and an understanding back pain weekend workshop at the Holos massage school.

I began to practice at Body Logic in December 2004 and at the South London Natural Health Centre at Common Sense in March 2005. During this time I have also completed Reiki levels I and II which has greatly enhanced my practice and I am now giving Reiki treatments as well as massage.
